Mindset and Engagement to Organisational Performance
Mindset and Engagement can impact employee motivation, wellbeing and employee involvement on business performance. Drawing on her practical experience, Deborah will highlight the importance of mindset and behaviour in the workplace.
Engaging your workforce is becoming increasingly more important
In business today even stability is a form of slow-moving change whilst complexity and uncertainty can’t be managed effectively if only calling on traditional performance driven mindsets. Today there is now a requirement within organisations for expert meaning makers, who promote skills to foster collective attention towards adaptive challenges and the ability and insight to stimulate bottom-up, locally responsive solutions.
What could mindset and engagement really means to your organisation, regardless of the size, is explored on the programme.
