The programme duration is 1 hour 7 mins.

The core content is divided into four twelve-minute segments that are unique to that show.
We promote the programme and channel, and show the highlights video of the previous week’s show.
The show is streamed live at 12 noon on Mondays from our studio in Ashford, Middx.
