Linda Bazant LLB (Hons) Joint Managing Director (Commercial and Legal)
Linda is a Barrister with a Law and Politics degree and is a member of Gray’s Inn and BACFI. Linda specialises in corporate and media law and is responsible for all commercial and legal issues.
Linda’s past clients include TYCO and ADT where, she was part of the Mergers and Acquisitions Team conducting due diligence, pre-deal and clause negotiation with Acquisitions Managers.
Linda was then engaged by the RAC as part of their Data Protection Compliance team to produce their corporate compliance manual. From 2004 to 2007, Linda was also Managing Director of one of the UK’s leading H&S Recruitment Consultancies. In late 2007 Linda decided to dedicate all of her time and resources to her own companies
